Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has won the 25th Open 13 Provence. The number 1 French player was never worried in his match versus Lucas Pouille 6-4 6-4. After his win in Rotterdam last week, Tsonga wins titles back to back, a rare exploit.
The Frenchman broke in the very first game of the match forcing his opponent to play catch up tennis. But with the way Jo was serving that was something not possible for Pouille.
In the second set the break came again in favor of the future dad, (Jo will be a father in the spring). At 5-4 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga served three aces to complete the match and capture the title at the Open 13 Provence for the third time in his career.
