Serra through to second round

It took only 54 minutes for Florent Serra to produce a convincing win over Russian Igor Kunitsyn. The 6-3 6-3 victory sends the Frenchman into the second round, his best result yet at the Open 13. It should be said he is only playing the tournament for the second time in his career. In the next round, Serra will face the winner of the match between Julien Benneteau and Stépahne Bohli.
